PORTOPORTAL SHUNT (case 1)

66 years old female undergoing evaluation for cirrhosis. Color Doppler ultrasonography shows a portal cavernoma and a communication between the hepatic hilum and the ascending portion of the left portal vein. The direction of the blood flow is well evaluated.
