Few recent reports illustrate the rule of multiphase CT
or MR imaging in the detection of intra-hepatic shunts between hepatic arteries,
portal veins or hepatic veins.
Aim of our presentation is to describe the usefulness of
the high sensitive color Doppler and contrast harmonic imaging in the evaluation
of the intra hepatic shunts.
