Abnormal Intrahepatic Vascular Shunt: rule of high sensitive color doppler and contrast harmonic imaging
CONCLUSIONS
The high sensitive color Doppler with
the evaluation of the blood flow direction allows us an effective study of portoportal and portosystemic venous shunts.
Contrast harmonic imaging permits an adequate evaluation
of the site and the
degree of the arterioportal and arterio - systemic shunting.
