Abnormal Intrahepatic Vascular Shunt: rule of high sensitive color doppler and contrast harmonic imaging
ARTERIOSYSTEMIC SHUNT (case 1)
Oblique scans: contrast harmonic imaging with high mechanical
index, in early arterial phase; we can detect the enhancement of the lesion,
moreover we can pick the shunt up between the arterial peri- and intralesional
vessels and the middle hepatic vein.
